Returns & Exchanges

At ACG Go Anime, we want you to love your fashion gear as much as the series that inspired them. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ACG Go Anime account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging with all anime-themed tags and labels still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
